Our technical team will assess the problem. If the malfunction is confirmed to be due to our software quality issues, we will process a full refund.
In case you accidentally purchase the wrong software (due to mislabeling on our platform), and can prove that it was an unintentional error, you may request a refund within [7] days of purchase.
